5/27/08-It's been quite a while since the last update. I hope you noticed the new look on the home page. Stay tuned as the rest of the site gets a facelift as well.
2008 has been a very busy year so far. We're joyfully following another little guy on his first year journey. Born January 31, Slade William is 4 months old already and I need to head to North Carolina to take his photos. His one, two, and three month galleries are available. Our Miss Sopie turned 2 in February. What a beautiful little girl, with so much personality and a bit of "attitude" too!
Some other highlights of the year follow. Ronda and Tony had a lovely wedding in March. Carol is a "dog listener" and Thor is her "therapy dog". Both are the principles of the Hairy Hound Dog Training. and the portraits were done for their promotional materials. He's a beautiful dog and it was fun to work with him.
Sarah and I took a very delightful trip to St Augustine Florida for the Bird and Foto Fest where we took workshops with some of the top photographers in the country. We had a terrific time and got some fabulous shots from the GTM Reserve and the Alligator Farm rookery. This event happens every spring and I highly recommend it to photographers and bird watchers alike. I can't wait to go back. The travelogue will follow shortly.
11/2/07-It's almost holiday time. Here are some sample Christmas Cards....fun for families and pets! There's still time! Adorable Evan turned 3 in October and provided an opportunity for some location shots at the beach. Jason and Paula are expecting and we had great fun with some maternity portraits. Much more fun to come when baby arrives!

8/10/07-Some of the most exciting and interesting times I've experienced over the past several years have been photo excursions taken with my like minded friends Sarah and Sue. Sarah and I have been traveling together for about 5 years, visiting picturesque sites from her home in Toronto to the Carolina coast and lots of spots in between from Niagara Falls to Smoke Hole, West Virginia. More recently my buddy Sue and I have been exploring the beautiful Pennsylvania mountains and State Parks. I've decided to add a new section to this site called Travelogues where I'll post some of my favorite shots from each of these trips. The first -- a recent trip to the Poconos is ready for viewing. Bear with me as I go back and put together some galleries of those in the past.
7/16/07-Where does the time go? July already. Here are some weddings, both such enjoyable events. Christy and Brianhad fun with their western theme; Steve and Katie chose the tropics. What a pleasure it was to work with both these wedding parties! Special thanks to my marvelous assistants, Philip and Becky. I couldn't do it without you guys!
Another event gave me the opportunity to put together a memory book. This surprise 50th anniversary party was a perfect "Then and Now". theme.
Daniel is in from Nebraska visiting his family so it's a perfect time for a new portrait.
4/11/07-Back in October I posted a link to a handsome Marine. Here it is again and this time I'm overjoyed to announce his recent engagement to our beloved daughter Erin, also a Marine. Because they are stationed in California I haven't had the opportunity to take their "formal" engagement shots, but here are some of the two of them taken on a weekend visit home and from their graduation from Officer's School at Quantico, Virginia, October 2006. Please keep them in your prayers as they endure a six month separation due to his deployment to Iraq which began yesterday.

2/17/07 - Goodness how time flies! Just realized that today is Sophie's first birthday and we'll soon be taking her 1 year photos. Seems I missed posting her 10 and 11 month shots! So take a look and see how she's grown.

12/9/06 - Baby Charlotte put on her Santa hat and posed for me. She even convinced mom and dad to join her in front of the camera! It was so much fun, we did it twice! Of course, she has a rule that there's No Smiling in Santa hats! A grandma on the west coast is enjoying Stephen's senior pictures and requested that his big sister Randi's from last year be viewable again. It's a pleasure to put such a beautiful model back on display! Becky and Miss Bridget Jones were good for an afternoon's enjoyment as we captured this canine beauty for their Christmas card. Speaking of Christmas cards...mark your calendar for an early start next year! Sophie is 9 months old and loves her Santa hat! Goodness, she's growing so fast!
10-28-06 - Here's another from the class of 2007. Stephenis a natural in front of the camera!
10-27-06 - Evan went to the beach and he's two! Here's a handsome Lieutenant - one of the few and the proud. Samantha is senior in the class of '07! The occasion is commemorated with two new collages.
9-23-06 - It's fall! And with the cooler weather comes the changing of the seasons. Sophie's 7 months pictures represent Autumn and Halloween. I'm sure you'll admit she is the cutest scarecrow ever!
9-2-06 - While sitting out the rains of Hurricane Ernesto, I had the privilege of taking Kari and Kevin's maternity shots this morning. Baby Worley is due on just a bit over one more week. How exciting.
8-25-06-Where has the summer gone? Billy tried again to get both smiles and wide-open eyes when we reshot his 4 year pictures. We're pretty happy with these. And Princess Sophie is 6 months old. See how beautiful she is with a twinkle in her eye and a smile on her face.
7/27/06- What a busy summer! Sophie is 5 months old and Billy turned four. Kendra came back for another photo shoot and Stephanie had her senior portraits done. And speaking of senior portraits. I've updated the packages with new pricing. No more printed proofs; instead online proofs will help keep the costs down. Check out the packages on the Senior pages.
6/12/06 - Christy and Brian are engaged! Congratulations!
Kendra is getting ready for a pageant. We've had a great time with her portrait sessions.
6/2/06-Sophie turned three months old while on vacation at Emerald Isle, NC. My how she's growing!
